Fachai Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use Fachai, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate and belongs to you. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify Fachai support immediately. Accounts found to be registered with false information or by individuals under the legal age will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

All transactions on Fachai are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits may be made via GCash or supported Philippine bank transfer channels. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Fachai reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account. Fachai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network interruptions outside of our control.

3. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on Fachai is subject to the rules and odds displayed at the time a bet is placed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended. Fachai reserves the right to void any bet placed on events where a technical error, odds feed failure, or data integrity issue is identified. 4. Lottery Draw Rules

Lottery entries on Fachai are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after submission. Draw results are determined by the draw mechanics disclosed within the lottery section of the platform, and all results are final. Winning entries are credited automatically to your account balance following official draw completion — no manual claim is required. Fachai reserves the right to withhold lottery winnings pending identity verification if your account has not completed the required verification steps.
